Immigration's detail for Khmer students in Thailand

  1. Completion Request: Request Departure IN/OUT of Thailand (Re-Entry Permit into The Kingdom Application Form TM.8)
    2. Requirements:
    • 4 x 6 photos 1 sheet (currently)
    • A copy Passport and Real Passport
    • 1,000 baht for a departure (single-entry) or 3,800 baht for coming in and out several times before separate visa (multiple entries). (see details)

    • Alien to Notify of Staying Longer Than 90 Days TM.47

  3. Immigrant Fines
    • The case did not address the 90-day survival time (more than 7 days after the deadline), was fined 2,000 baht
    • Case not to continue the trend last VISA (visa extension) before the visa expired but were fined 500 baht / day, and most do not exceed 20,000 baht cases in excess of 60 days will be sent home and will not resume visa (visa) also request a visa again
